Rice Environmental Science

Your support of Rice University's Environmental Science Undergraduate Program will help expand our major and the environmental opportunities afforded to students inside and out of the program. Your contribution will help fund our annual “Green Career Forum”, an environmentally-focused job fair with over 30 organizations and 120 attendees that serves to connect Rice students and beyond with environmental careers. Additionally, the Environmental Science program hopes to establish a new major concentration centered on Environmental Health. This new concentration will advance student opportunities in climate-health, and create a model for cross-disciplinary, community-based learning regarding environmental problems.

With 17 current students, 60 alumni, and an involved community of hundreds across Rice campus, Environmental Science is a quickly growing program that has and will be relevant for our lifetimes and beyond. Your donation means a lot!
