Ecology and Evolutionary Biology GSA

The Ecology and Evolutionary Biology Graduate Student Association serves our diverse and active graduate student body. The EEB GSA aims to enrich their graduate experience through professional development, social programming, and supporting student-led programs to engage within the Rice Biosciences community and beyond. We ask for your generous support for two initiatives:

1) Funded lunches for outreach volunteers: each spring semester, EEB grad students develop and deliver life sciences lessons to grade-school students in the greater Houston area through the OWLS Outreach program. We will use funds raised to subsidize lunches for student volunteers during days that they teach onsite at schools.

2) Wellness initiatives where we support student mental health with a dedicated decompression space that offers painting, puzzles, book exchange, water and tea.
