Why should I give to Rice? 

When you make a gift to The Rice Fund, or another area on campus, you ensure every new Owl has the resources to expand their knowledge, pursue their passions and reach their full potential. Thank you for supporting their student experience! 

Does my donation count toward my reunion class goal for 2026?

Yes! If you are celebrating a reunion this year (classes ending in 1s and 6s, 1976-2021), your donation counts toward your class’s overall reunion total through Dec. 31, 2026.

How do I make my gift? 

You can make your gift online through this website or by calling 713-348-4991, Monday to Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. CST. 

Is my gift tax deductible? 

Yes. You will receive a tax receipt by email after you make a gift.  

I don’t see my favorite area of support. How can I give to that fund or program? 

If you don’t see what you’re looking for, you can still designate your gift to the area of your choice. Select the “other” category and type in the name of your fund. 

Once I make my gift, is there anything else I can do to support the Class of 2030? 

Use the social media share buttons (next to the Give Now button at the top of the page) to encourage your network to join you in supporting our newest class during O-Week!
