Is my gift tax deductible?

Yes. You will receive a tax receipt in the mail after you make a gift. However, please note that there is an exchange of goods and services if you choose to receive an item with your donation. The fair market value of the item we are providing is $30. For donations under $1,500, the fair market value of the item will reduce the tax deductibility of the donation, in accordance with federal tax regulations. 

What if I don’t want a brick kit?

If you wish to decline your brick kit and receive full tax deductibility for your donation, please indicate your preference by declining the gift on the donation form. 

What are the dimensions of the brick kit?

1.9 x 7.6 x 2.3 inches – a perfect accessory for your desk.

Can my kit be shipped internationally?

No. Unfortunately, we are unable to ship internationally. Only U.S. addresses will be able to receive the kit.

Can Rice ship the kit to my relative/friend/student?

Yes! Please provide an alternate shipping address on the post-payment page of the checkout form.

When will I receive my kit?

Kits will be shipped in May.

How can I get more than one brick kit? For example, if I give $600, will I receive two kits?

In appreciation of your generosity, we are only sending one kit per transaction, no matter the size of the gift. To receive another kit, you will need to make an additional and separate gift of $300 or more.
